Set A Limit In One Chat And Keep Every Ringgit You Have Already Earned
Four controls sit on every account and any of them can be set in a single chat: a deposit limit, a session reminder, a cool off and a self exclusion. Setting one takes effect immediately and costs you nothing you have already earned, which is the part most people assume works the other way.
Deposit limits, and how fast one takes effect
A daily, weekly or monthly ceiling can be put on the account and it applies from the moment it is set. Lowering one is immediate. Raising one waits out a cooling period first, which is deliberate: the limit is there to hold against the version of an evening where raising it seems reasonable.
A session reminder is the lighter option and simply tells you how long you have been playing, at an interval you choose. Neither control closes anything and neither one needs a reason given. Ask on any support channel and it is done in the same conversation.
Setting a limit costs you no bonus and no rebate
This is worth saying plainly because the assumption runs the other way. A deposit limit does not void a bonus that is part way through its turnover, does not cancel the rebate already earned on turnover you have placed, and does not reset a reward tier.
A cool off does not forfeit a balance either: the money stays where it is and is withdrawable from RM50 throughout. The only thing a limit changes is how much can go in, and the only thing an exclusion changes is whether the rooms open at all.
Cool off and self exclusion, and what each one closes
A cool off locks the account for a fixed stretch you pick, from a day to several weeks. Deposits stop, the rooms stop opening, and a withdrawal still works, because getting your own money out is never the thing being paused.
A self exclusion is the long form and runs for six months or longer. It closes the account to deposits and to play, removes it from every promotional message, and it cannot be lifted early by asking: that is the whole point of choosing it rather than a cool off. Any player can set either one without explaining why, on any channel on the support desk.
Support lines that have nothing to do with us
Gambling can be addictive and the controls above are not a substitute for help from someone outside a casino. In Malaysia, the Befrienders run a free, confidential line every day of the year, and a general practitioner can refer you on to a counsellor who deals with this specifically.
Two things are worth holding onto in the meantime: a stake already lost is gone, and the next round does not know what the last one did. Do not try to win back a loss by raising the stake, and treat the money you bring as the cost of the evening rather than as something to recover. If you would rather step away first and talk to us second, set a cool off and then come back to TPOWER when it suits you.
